I have worked for Nomac for several yrs and I personnally think the Marshall and Cleburne offices are a great Division to work for. They both take very good care of there hands and the upper management seems to care about their employees. However, the El Reno Division is a totally diffrent story. The upper management could care less about his hands and will have them drive 10 or 12 hours from home for a few hour class or a meeting. They are also quick to tell you how it is done in Oklahoma. I myself would not recommend Nomac Drilling El Reno to anyone. As of right now we are so short handed up there( 78 hands short when we first arrived there) I can now see why they are so short handed. It is unbelievable and as long as upper management continues it is going to get worse. The moral of the hands( even long term hands) have sunk to depths that i never dreamed I would see. When they have a meeting they tell you it is a open meeting and anyone with questions are welcome to ask them, but when someone does they get ripped into. Like I said in the beginning of this review I believe that Nomac is a great company to work for but just think long and hard before going to El Reno because it is a 1 star Division unlike Marshall and Cleburne.

They are the best drilling company to work for. I worked 5 months with them when i first got out of the marine coprs and they are awesome.
