I've been very fustrated with this company! Everytime I call in to set an appointment up for my dogs, the male worker is always telling me he has nothing available and it will have to be a later date and they can't take same day service calls, even when they don't get a lot of business!!! For people that don'g get a lot of business sure do turn a lot of dogs away when they could be making money! # VERY UNCONVIENENT!!!
