I have never seen an apartment complex that was run so poorly in my life. The office staff is incompetent ant rude. They refuse to hire a full-time security guard to watch the 190 something apartments despite the fact that there has been theft and vandalism. I have even heard of a few burglaries from apartments. They insist that a security company is as good as an on-site security guard. Recently, they changed their parking policy which only made the parking situation worse. Now some tenants are having to park outside of the gated community because they can't find a space. When asked for contact information for the management company, they refuse to provide any info whatsoever. Why would you pay over $1,000 a month to be disrespected and lied to by the office staff while having to park outside the community?
