It's January 2nd and this company still hasn't shipped a shower stool that I ordered on 12/24. ....at 8pm - as they keep pointing out to me to explain that it is somewhat my fault I haven't received this item. Yes, I know we have had holidays but some of us have still managed to squeeze in some work.

The ship date is January 6 - that's 12 days after I ordered! With no email or mention of this delay! And the best the woman on the phone can do it ~ maybe ~ cancel it on Monday. She can['t refund me the money because it may go out before she can catch it.

So here I am, I can't order another one from some reliable firm or I'll end up with two of them. What a pain!

Do not order from RehabMart. ...

Do not order from RehabMart. They claim "Free Shipping," but charge a $9.00 "Handling Fee." (For a single 1/8" thick plastic item weighing about 2 oz.)



They will send you an automated email receipt immediately after your place your order. This receipt will contain absolutely NO information about when your item/s will be shipped, or by what carrier. Nor will they give you any idea when you can expect to receive your item/s.



If you try to find out the order status on their web site, you're out of luck. The best they can do is make you fill out a contact form with your order number, name, phone number, email address, and date of order, and your comments or question. You have to submit this contact form, and when you do, you get an automatic message on the page telling you they will get back to you soon. THEY LIE I've submitted this form twice in the past 3 days and have received exactly zero responses from them. So I don't know if my item is shipped, backordered, or will be shipped tomorrow, two months from now, or never.



All in all, RehabMart has been a very frustrating "business" to deal with. I feel like my order has gone into a black hole. Since the item I ordered is critically needed A.S.A.P., now I don't even know whether to just give up on these guys and place another order with a real company elsewhere, or wait and hope RehabMart ships my order soon.



I DO know that I will never order from RehabMart again. If I had known they do business this way, I would never have ordered here in the first place. I would have gladly paid more to do business with a company that actually communicates with its customers and provides information about order status and shipping.
