I had an old industrial steel stool with a solid ash seat that I wanted to give as a gift (as it had some family history to it). It was not in very good condition, though, - needed a lot of sanding and had been painted an orange-yellow color. Jim did an incredible job. In fact, I didn't think it was the same piece of wood, until I flipped it over and saw the old lettering underneath. Way better than I expected. It is now a nice piece of furniture that will look good in the kitchen or any room. Thanks so much, Jim.
