When you go to an auto repair shop, you are looking for three things: 1) Quality Work 2) A competitive Price 3) Timely Service. The team at Russell Automotive not only provides all three of the things that you're looking for, but they do it with a smile on their face and a "Glad to meet you" attitude.



The team at Russell has been servicing my cars for 4 years now and I can honestly say that they are a joy to deal with. They regularly go above and beyond with not only me, but any customer I've ever seen in their shop. If you need to drop off your car and don't have a ride home, no problem, they drop what they're doing and give you a ride home. If they think they can find you a remanufactured part that's as good as a new one and save you money, they tell you about it and let you make an informed decision. If you absolutely need to have a job done in an emergency, they'll do what it takes to get you back in your car when you need it.



I don't write many (any) reviews of businesses, but in the case of Rick Russell and Russell Automotive, I'm more than happy to make an exception and tell "the masses" what a great business they have here. I will continue to bring my cars to Russell Automotive and tell all my friends and family about the exceptional SERVICE and VALUE I receive there !
