I used to go to Visionworks and i was recommended to go here by a friend tor me to try for my annual exam and new glasses. Here is what I can say. Customer service wise so so, some of the ladies works here are friendly and some are not, especially those in management position whom should be the example for their employees. It's interesting that the guys that works here are all friendly that I dealt with. Price wise, adding all you need is not much cheaper than Visionworks just glad I had an insurance. Eye glass lens is plastic and the edges is not too smooth even though I paid extra for it. They look cheaply done like one of those regular store glasses. When I asked for the eye glass case, they gave me a generic cheap plastic case. I am amazed that this company's can't even afford to get a better one. Visionworks has this nice leather metal case very durable with nice velvet leather inside has Visionworks name in it. Honestly I would suggest you go to another store if you want to stay with same company or try Visionsworks.
