In response to the above comment, I am customer and have been for many years. I schedule my haircut 4 weeks in advance, so why is it that a walk-in should be able to take my scheduled appointment? As far as you thinking you wouldn't trust them, you wouldn't know. I would obviously trust them if you think they "don't" need the business, because they are obviously professional enough to be booked up and not be able to take walk-ins. Try to schedule an appointment sometime before you review a place.

Don't bother. Went in one evening. Saw there were two people working and asked if they took walk ins. The two people working said they were backed up and couldn't take anymore. Well, there was one person waiting for one of the people all ready in the chair. Obviously they don't need the business. Don't bother, wouldn't trust them to do good work because they appear not to need any more business.
