I drive from Yorkville to Elgin at least 4 times a month to get Arroz con Gandules and Pork Chops!! Nicely seasoned, perfect every time! We've tried other items on the menu and every one is delicious!



The Customer Service staff is friendly and very pleasant. They are worth the trip!!!

After moving to the Northwest suburbs I was afraid i would no longer have my Puerto Rican food close by. I found that the Delicia Tropical Cafe had opened up and it has been nothing by excitement for us. I enjoy once in a while having my Alcapurrias and Pasteles. Lol. I give this cafe 5 stars
