Gave a quote and then added $70 because he had a hard time with the rodding. He worked on it for a half hour while my boyfriend watched and tried to claim he was there for two hours. They flushed the toilet once and it went down, but when I showered later it flooded our basement. My boyfriend called twice the next day and left voicemails with no response. When I called he finally answered and refused to come back unless we got a cleanout and laughed about taking our money for his shoddy work before hanging up on me. Never recommend.

They are a family owned Bussiness for over 30 years they do all there work very honest and promit.

Very rude and the owner does not let you talk when you have a problem. They do not accept credit cards and when I told them I wasn't using their services for that reason they argued with me and told me I should get a cash advance if I can'y pay them with cash or check.

They should have listened instead of talked. All the owner did was interupt me and he never found out exactly why I wasn't going to use them. I might have used them if I could have used a credit card but I already had a bunch of cash invested in my problem. Their solution was another 1000-1500 worth of work. I don't know alot of people who still have a couple thousand dollars in cash to throw into a plumming problem, especially in this economy.
