If I could give this man 0 stars I would. Mr Kresmery is a very dishonest man. I gave him a deposit for $990 for an apartment that I was also going to use as an office. Through no fault of my own I was not able to rent the apartment. When I asked for my deposit back he refused to return it citing that he had held the apartment for me. Illinois law states that if there is no lease and I never moved in, he must return my entire deposit. He then attempted to blackmail me saying he would give me half if I would sign a paper saying that it was payment in full. If you do business with this man you do it at your own peril. If he owes you money he will not return it. He and his boss Dan Shepard refused to pay PNC Bank 3 million dollars they owe the bank for a loan on their properties. PNC Bank is suing them and they will do everything they can to avoid paying the debt (See articles in the Chicago Tribune and the Daily Herald). Give this man a chance by doing business with him and he will steal your money too.

I live in T.T.. I have seen a board member A.P. stealing money out of laundry machines. Also using a key to do his laundry for free. This happened a year ago also. He blamed his girlfriend who lived with him. I do not see her around anymore, rumor has it he stole from her. There are other people on sixth floor that have laubdry keys also. What does Rage do?? A.P. has told numerous people he is stealing from association.

Stay away. The place is run by mob board members. The president of the association uses the association's money to repaint her house and recarpet her place. Her son, also had a total makeover with the associations money. Rage knows about it and allows it because they are all community politicians. One board member photocopies reciepts and turns them in to be reimburst, then goes and returns the associations purchases and pockets the money. He also steals from the laundry machines. The people that live at Tyler Towers can't do anything about it. They are seniors and intimidated by the bullies.
