Thomas was absolutely the best attorney I had even dealt with. He handled a very important matter for me with a high degree of professionalism and diligence and went above and beyond what was expected. He always took my calls, returned my calls and never rushed with a short or inadequate answer to anything. This was a very serious matter that required much work on his part and he never shortchanged my needs due to timelines. He was aggressive in court, was ready to go to trial if necessary but was able to negotiate a terrific deal without having to even go to trial. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional attorney to look out for them.

24 years ago I had a serious accident he received payment from a bank draft for $837.50 on 12/27/2013. Sent paperwork for me to sign on 01/16/2014, I received on 01/18/2014, sent it back on 01/20/2014. His office staff said he received it on 01/22 2014, no return call. No money. He has taken $1,651.50 to date victim received less than $200.00. Settlement for .1675 of eligible expenses incurred. MUCH BETTER OF TO REPRESENT YOUR SELF. Having a fool for a client is a big step up. Todays date 5/14/2014

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! does NOT return or respond to any correspondence regarding problems am waiting over a year for a medical payment that was suppose to take 3 months, so i can get needed medical attention,,,,once he collects his fee he has NO regards for his clients in my opinion STAY AWAY trust me turning my case over to Attorney registrationand disciplanary commission

will NOT respond to phone calls ,emails ,registered mail,has NO ethics towards honoring his word or website i STRONGLY RECOMMEND to stay away from him,, awaiting OVER 1 YEAR for medical money owed to me from settlement
