I went in there and they treated me and my food like I was bothering them... my nuggets were hard as rocks and the quarter pounder tasted like horse crud...taste like they haven't changed the oil in the fryers in months.... they served me non fresh food and the employees have a code "made with love" to make sure their food is fresh WOW the standard of this McDonald's went down hill makes me sick...

I waited over eight minutes in the drive thru line for a small fry. When I received the fries they were cold and the wrong size. I took them back into the store and after standing there for several minutes as the three employees kept walking past me, I had to interupt the conversation the two gentlemen were having in order to ask for a manager. When she can up she was on the phone and asked what she could do for me. I explained the issue to her. She never once apologized. Instead her response was simply "Well, I have water spraying everywhere in the back and new people on tonight," and turned around while walking away she asked an employee to get me a new fry. I was then handed a bag fry again. I explained that I wanted a small fry, and that was what was on the receipt. I asked the employee if the bag fry was a dollar. She told me it was. I then explained that I was charged $1.19 for a small fry not $1.00 for a bag fry. She told me "yea, but there is tax." I told her "I agree, that was the $0.09 at the bottom and why the total was $1.28." She continued to tell disagree with me even after looking at the receipt. Finally I just took the cold bag fry that I over paid for and left. As for the manager's excuse of it being new people on that night, I've worked at McDonald's in my past, and training starts with teaching that hot food needs to be hot and cold needs to be cold. I will not return to this store, I will continue the 15 minute drive to the next location in the future.
