Great quality beef! Never had bad meal from Billy! He also has other things like, smoked ribs, chicken, cheeses. The jerky is phenomenal. Well everything you find there is phenomenal! Customer service is above and beyond! Billy and his wife Kayleen are the most generous, kind hearted people you will ever find! It's the only place I will willingly shop!! Can't say enough about them!!

Billy is the best meat cutter I've ever been to and he's incredibly honest. I've been taking beef to him for quite a few years now. I've never trusted a butcher like I trust him, so much so, I am sending my beef from Moses Lake, WA to him!
