I've been using this service for almost three years, only because we are on a fixed income and they are the cheapest. However, we have had to deal with 1) the same broken can that was here when we moved in, 2) not emptying all the trash out of the can, 3) leaving trash at curb that is on the list of approved items, 4) MULTIPLE missed pickups (if the truck is full, they'll try to get you the following week), 5) if you are a day late on your bill, they charge you $5, but they can miss your house for weeks and there is no service credit, 6) customer service is abhorring, 7) picked up my can while I was working in my garage one day and drove off with it, had to call the company to get it back and it was covered in grease and trash from riding in the garbage hold. They didn't even offer to clean it up, just left it. 8) No service on normal work days, no explanation, just no truck in sight. All this to save $5 a month, and now their prices are going up. Switching within the month to something better, even if I have to pool the neighbors together and get a dumpster!

Will miss your day of service - No call as to why - you have to hound and beg them just to give you an answer. Then no credit because they missed your stop. Customer service was rude.
Anyone thinking of using their service....DONT!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I think it's amazing you folks were able to reach them to even establish service. I've been calling for 2 days. 15 calls so far. The phone rings and rings and rings with nobody ever answering and then just gives me a fast busy. Looks like the service is terrible anyway, so maybe I want to figure out another method of getting rid of my garbage?

Customer service is nonexistent! When you call there is no one to answer, so you leave a message, and no return call. If you are lucky enough to get a person on the line (after several failed attempts) the attitude is "whatever your problem, we don't care". Without notice we received our bill with an increase, ok not happy about no notice but things go up big deal. Two weeks later notice in the mail they are going up even further and if you just received a bill (with the first increase) you must sign up for autopay and prepay for the rest of the year or you must pay the newest higher rate. The trash pickup is only on the day that you are scheduled about 3/4 of the time. When they come out on several occasions they leave behind a oil spot the size of a small car in front of my house. The office says its not their problem. you could say these folks are just plain TRASHY!

Among other problems, such as leaving my cart overturned in a ditch, several weeks ago the cart fell to the ground as it was being lowered from the garbage truck and broke the wheel off. I've been trying since then to get it replaced.

I suffered for 4yrs with no trash services for weeks at a time, refusal to pick up cardboard, or other items that they were taking from my neibours! WORST TRASH SERVICE EVER!!!! It got worse after the fire!!

Had to put a star on here to post. Does not deserve that!!!!
