Same day service, friendly and polite, they did a great job and made sure I inspected the work before they left, all in all I would recommend their services to any of my Elgin neighbors. What can I say, they are the best of the best!

This review is long over due, I actually received my service back in May 2015 but I had to make sure I gave this company a 5 star. Even before I made the decision to go with this company Jim was super friendly and very informative over the phone. Being a first time home owner and trying to fix all the kinks around the house the septic system was a major one. Jim gave us a peace of mind after he came out to our home and did his work. It was pretty muddy and hot but he took care of the job. We learned new things about our system that we were clueless on. We know we can count on their work in the future. Highly recommend!

After a horrible experience with another septic company, a friend recommended this company. I originally called them right after it flooded to get some information and said I'd call them back when my yard dried up. When I called back, they remembered me. The entire time Julie was supremely nice and professional. Jim came out to perform the service and boy did I learn a lot. Not being familiar with how septic systems work, he talked me through how they're set up and how they function. That's when I discovered the previous company had no idea what they were doing. Jim had to dig up the ground to find the actual septic cap and in no time had it emptied and cleaned! I had a great time learning and chatting with Jim and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of septic services.

Great service. Jim does what he says he's going to when he says he's going to do it. He goes the extra mile to help deal with problems with your system. Prompt, courteous and efficient.

Jim was great. Got to us within hours of me contacting him. Answered all of our questions and was very friendly and nice to talk with. Will contact him again next time we need a tank pumped.
