Had my nails done, the owner had an inexperienced young lady do my nails with out me knowing.....this girl should go back to nail school!...after she was done, I asked her if she had done a good job...and with a grin she replied YES......I went to the front to talk to the owner....to tell her this was UNACCEPTABLE! She said she was a beginner....and said she'd charge me a small fee...and tried to apeace me with a trail size conditioner!......WOW!....I paid her fee.....where I come from......customers are given the royal treatment because they want you as a customer....and keep you! I was wanying try their other services......I will not be going there any more. Needless to say I had to redo my nails else where. For all those business owners....let us know if we're getting a newbe....give us a choice!

Just moved to Elgin googled and found this listing read the comments and called right away. Sure glad I did the name certainly suits the atmosphere. Tonya cut and styled my hair I loved every second of it. My hair looks awesome she earned my trust and has a new client.

I highly recommend the salon. Very good work done by Margaret. She does great with color and cut.

Tonya did a great job on my mothers hairs, Made her look like a new person.

I switched to Heavenly Hair after I had 2 BAD experiences with another hair salon in Elgin. I like my hair cut specifically so I decided to give this salon a shot despite the bad reviews.

The first stylist that I used did a fantastic job on my hair. It was a little short but after a couple of weeks it was perfect. My next appt was already scheduled and the stylist was no longer working there so they set me up with Olivia. I am extremely pleased with Olivia and the service I have received at Heavenly Hair. I have always been treated professionally by the staff and I have not had to wait at all to get started. I have not met the owner but this far everyone has been very professional and courteous.

The only reason this salon is not getting a 5 is because I think the price of a 5 min trim may be a little expensive but I assure you it will not keep me from going back. I have lived in this area for almost 2 years and this is the first place I have liked.

I usually go by reviews but in this account I would go with with gut, as I did, and I have not been disappointed.

I have been going to Heavenly Hair for years, since they were on Main Street. I get wonderful complements on my hair all the time. I have also purchased accessories (a purse and fancy flip-flops to name a few) and hair products and have gotten many complements on them as well. I have been going to Diane even before she was at Heavenly Hair but my granddaughters (age 9 and 15) have had cuts, color and repairs :( from Olivia and Margaret and were just as happy. My husband gets his hair cut by Diana and we have both gotten massages that were wonderful (and reasonably priced). My granddaughter has had her nails done many times and has even had her eyebrows and moustache :) waxed with no problems. Guess this is why they call it Heavenly Hair Salon & Spa! They do it all and do it well…..they have gift certificates…give it a try….you’ll be happy or they will fix it!

I have been going to Heavenly Hair for years and I have never had a bad experience! I just went last week, and had my hair cut, colored and highlighted by Diane Buentello and I LOVE it! It was exactly what I asked for and more. Not to mention I love her personality too, made the whole experience a lot of fun. I would highly recommend Heavenly Hair Salon & Spa they all have amazing talents!

I have had excellent service.. I have received hair cuts, hair color, highlights, waxing, and pedicure... You can not ask for a more professional group of people. You walk in and you feel like home.

Diane is the best. Diane is great with color and haircut! Diane will do exactly what you ask her to do. They are not pushy as far as buying products from them. My daughter and grandson use there services as well. Great customer service!

Heavenly Hair Salon and Spa is a great place! A beautiful, friendly ambiance, with great service. Employees are always willing to assist in any way they can and they know what they are doing whether it comes to hair or nails. I can't wait to go back!
