We are in the rodeo business & when I take in over $50 worth of clothes weekly & am not happy with one shirt they throw a fit. White shirts are the hardest to keep clean, & when one is brought in covered with dirt, common sense should be used instead of startching over it. The owner just blows it off & makes excuses, "my girls were to busy" "they are just learning to work" not ok!!! Everything was alot better before their original business burned to the ground. It was to easy to find a cleaners that does a better job.
