Stay away from these pests

PEOPLE BEWARE!!!...

I went to get my car inspected at True Balance Automotive on December 13, 2014. The tech recommended i change out my air filter as well as the cabin air filter. I did as recommended then paid the bill afterwards. I went out to lunch with my boyfriend and mom whom both notice a dent and paint chipped off of my hood. I immediately go back and show Josh, the tech, who then grabs a screw from underneath the hood and tosses it over his shoulder, claiming how he had changed out the filter and has no knowledge of how it got dented. We then ask for his manager, David comes over and gives us his boss' cell#. We talk with David's boss, George Johnson, who says for us to give him 3 body shop estimates and he will take care of it. I know that I am only required to get one estimate at the location that I want my vehicle repaired at, however I agree to get three to comply with George's request. My boyfriend takes time out of his busy schedule to take my car to get the 3 estimates. My boyfriend had been calling George, gets no answer, it goes to voice mail and voice mail is full. We were finally able to get a hold of George and he informs me that he is not going to pay out of pocket the cost to get the car repaired because he says that the estimates are too high. It had been over a month to get to this point. I inform him that his practices are unprofessional, so he agreed to meet with me to take a look at the car him self. We schedule the meeting for Saturday the 17th of January. George calls and cancels that morning. We have yet to hear from him since after attempting to contact him over and over. We have no resolve yet. Spread the word please.
