Cyndi is just plain rude. Last time I took my pet in, I asked for a particular groomer. She told me that this person was the least experienced and will not be grooming my dog. She then proceeded to talk down this employee which wasn"t appreciated. I told her that this employee was always awesome with my pet, and that's who I wanted. Again, I wasn't given the option.I gave them one more chance after that~ because anyone can have a bad day. They totally charged me extra..enough for 2 dogs, stating my dog was difficult and had too much hair. Really? I left there and made my pets next appointment elsewhere. I had always heard bad things about Cyndi and these experiences totally confirmed it. Some people shouldn't be in business for themselves. I am going to convince my neighbors to go elsewhere as well.

Do NOT board pets here. They messed up my dogs stomach after not giving her the food I provided. She has allergies so it's serious. My dog came home much skinnier and pooping blood. Speaking to a manager was damn near impossible and all except one girl have terribly rude attitudes. They may groom cutesie dogs well and spray them with perfume to cover things up, but my dog's health was put at risk and I will NOT be going back. Not worth it, very upset with their service.

Cyndi is a racist. She hates black people. She uses the term N*GGER DOG to refer to dogs who have black owners. She is also very rough with the animals she grooms. She yells at them, yanks their legs, and jerks them around to get them to do what she wants. She hoards rabbits, guinea pigs, and other pets in tiny cages in a small room in her shop. Most of these animals spend the entirety of their lives in these cages, and never get to see the light of day. She doesn't care about the welfare of these animals, she cares about making money. Which is why she continuously breeds these animals and tries to sell some of the few that survive in her store. People who leave positive reviews for this business simply don't know what really goes on behind the scenes. Or they're personal friends of Cyndi's who've been encouraged to lie for her. Don't be fooled by the cute haircuts and good smelling bath products. It isn't worth what your dog or cat has to go through.

I've been bringing my maltipoo, Coco, to Cyndi's since his first haircut a few years ago when they were at their old location. I have since moved to the beach and still make the trip because I wouldn't take him anywhere else! He loves all the girls there and they love him.. he always comes out smelling so good and looks excellent. I have also taken advantage of their boarding services once & the accommodations they made for my spoiled pup were awesome, A+!

I take my little man to cindis and i love them. There extremly friendly and they alway do a great job. i would recomend them to anyone!

I've been going to this shop now for the last 2 years, a friend referred me and I'm glad they did. They have always treated my Yorkiepoo with love. She goes in regularly for her groom and always is excited and well cared for. The employees have always been very polite and knowledgeable. Shop clean and cute. I really couldn't be happier! Thanks!

i regretfully took my beaufful black lab, nelson, to cyndi, back in may of 2011, i was warned from several unsatified customers not to take nelson to her, i regetfully disregarded their sincere warnings, and went ahead and took nelson there, when i got there i noticed the odor of burnt canibus in the buisness, i was convinced by cyndi herself it was the odor of the high quality conditioner she uses to bathe the dogs, when i came back later that afternoon, my poor baby nelson was ate up with razor burn, he acted very skidish towards me after being at cyndi's, not to mention the cuts on his under arms and legs, i really believe she abused my poor nelson, i wanted to file a law suit against her but was financially not able to, if i would have known this evil woman would have hurt my baby puppy boy, id been better off just bathing him myself. please head my warning and dont go to this animal abusing dog groomer, thank you

I worked for Cyndi for a very brief time, in that short time I witnessed her being very rough, abusive and mean to the pets. She almost broke a poodles leg in front of my very eyes, as well as constantly yelling at them. She is also very verbally abusive and demanding to the employees. At the shop I currently work at I tell clients every chance I get how horrible she is. I wouldn't take my dying worst enemy's pet to her to be groomed.

we took a rescued red pom, a senior dog, who's previous owner (so to speak) had done a chop job of a groom with scissors on the lil fellow. Cyndi's service on him was Outstanding! she trimmed him out perfectly & treated him well. he was gorgeous & his skin was clean, after they bathed him. also was pleased with thier knowledge of nail trimming. they were very kind & reasonablly priced & i enjoyed browsing their store & they have great products. their harnesses can not be found at walmart & are much better. 5 stars from me!

I've been to Cyndi's Pampered Pets several times and couldn't be happier. The below review sounds rather unbelievable to me. I doubt they'd be as busy as they are if they cut some dogs tongue off!...lol. Regardless, I love them. I find their employees very knowledgeable and nice. My standard poodles grooms are absolutely beautiful and they always seem happy. I've been to many grooming shops over the years and seriously, they're very good. I couldn't be happier. Thanks girls.

All I ever hear are terrible things about Cyndi's. When I ask people where they take their dog's for grooming, they always tell me where they DON'T take their dog first, and that's to CYNDI'S. All I have heard is that she is rude and that they mistreat the animals in there. I have personally seen a dog that had the end of his tongue cut off, and a cat who had razor burn all over her. I heard of another incident that just sent chills up my spine. All I have to say is that I will NEVER take my dog in there b/c if I EVER picked my dog up and she was cut or hurt in any way, shape or form, I would turn that place UPSIDE DOWN..... and that is a promise....

I just want to say how wonderful this shop is! My dog is always precious when she leaves there. She will prance around for days after because she knows she is cute!! Thanks a million guys!!

My little princess loves you. When ever we drive by the shop she gets so excited, thinking it is time to make the monthly visit. She always looks so great, and I think she knows it, as she likes to go show off her new look to everyone she sees.

Just picked my dog up from their...Just because it looks calming doesn't mean it is...She had a "man" cutting my dog and she knew i didn't want him cutting her, yet allowed him to do so!! No Class at all! Her Ex Employees talk about what goes on in their behind closed doors...I gave it the benefit of the doubt this morning, but it was so proven what was said was true...Never again...I am contacting the better business bureau..She will tell her customers that ask about the rumors in her shop that it is Dis-Gruntled employees...I am NOT buying that, but then again, what could she say to keep her business rolling in..I am very dissapointed with the whole saga over their...You can bet MY animals will NEVER grace that establishment again!

I took my yorkie poo in there today because she was in need!!! I did not have an apt and they took me right away. They were very quick getting her out! I have been other places that keep her all day. She was so fluffy and shinny and she smelled so good!!! I am truly impressed with the whole thing! The shop is also the cutes animal place I have ever seen! Thanks guys for the great groom, I cant wait to bring her back.

I love taking my dog to Cyndi's! There always soooo friendly and they do a wonderful job on Dixies hair cut. The shop is so clean and it always smells so nice in there. There are always the most interesting dogs running around dyed ones striped ones cute ones its always a delight thanks guys! Jenniffer H.

I have a Cocker Spaniel who I take there and they do a wonderful job. She's old and has a lot of moles and they are very careful with them. She always looks great and feels better after she is groomed. I would recommend them to others.
