What we do:

 

FTC-Design is unique. We don't run a "standard" shop. Computer stores are falling by the wayside, like Best Buy, Circuit City, and many others. "Mom and Pop" shops likely require YOU to disconnect your PC, bring it in, and wait weeks for a call back. While it is possible that it can take weeks to repair a computer, most fixes are quick, and can be done remotely or onsite. This is where  FTC-Design is ahead of the curve. By avoiding "brick and mortar" overhead costs, we can pass on savings to you. Furthermore, FTC is expanding into professional services other than computer repair. What we don't do:

 

FTC-Design provides many services (listed below), but to maintain our high standards and low costs, we have a smaller customer base. The idea behind FTC-Design is customer tailored professional services. If we cannot help you, we work with many other small companies that can. Basically, FTC will NEVER tell you we can help you if we can't, but we will find you an answer or help.
