The last time my family went to our local IHop, it took 10 mins from the time we were seated for our waitress to come over and take our drink order. When we finally placed our drink order, we placed our food order as well. 45 minutes go by and we FINALLY got our food...COLD EGGS! The waitress KNEW we were unhappy...she even asked of we had a complaint.

Tonight, we decided to give it a try again, I mean, anyone can have a bad day, right? WRONG!!!!!! We were seated promptly, and told our waitress would be with us shortly to take our drink order. 5 or so minutes go by, and no waitress showed up, yet there were multiple waitresses standing back in the corner, laughing it up. I pulled out my phone and started the stopwatch app. In the 2.5 mins that I let it run, 3 waitresses walked past us, ignoring us, while 2 others looked me dead in the eye. At 2.5 minutes, we got up and walked out.

I REFUSE to eat at such a mediocre establishment again.
