A hospital bed was ordered from this company. The rep lied when she stated the bed was in their possession and ready for delivery and set up. I called Lincare and asked them when they could deliver the bed. The rep replied tersely, they were waiting on an insurance authorization. Carolyn told me I could go elsewhere for a bed. Lincare is unprofessional and only concerned about $. I am reporting this co. to the proper authorities. Go elsewhere for your needs
