I have been trying to get service since the beginning of December. I paid 2060.00 on February 3 for installation of my gas lines and tankless hot water. They ran the lines to my appliances and put the hot water heater on the wall on Feb 6 but didn't connect the plumbing. They were suppose to come back on Feb 9 to connect the plumbing but didn't show or call. I called back on the 13th and they said they would be back to finish the job on the 17th. Once again no show no call. Its obvious they have a business practice at this branch to tell you what you want to hear but have no concern to provide the quality service you paid for. I paid 1500.00 for a tankless hot water heater I can't even use. I wanted to transfer to natural gas in hopes of saving money but thus far it has cost me 2060.00 and alot of time and aggravation that I can't afford. Had I been aware of their business practice I would have reconsidered becoming the unhappy client I have found myself to be.
