Quality Seafood, located in Elizabeth City, N.C., processes fresh, pasteurized and frozen crab products and other seafood products. It processes 40,000 to 50,000 pounds of crab daily. The crabs are then steamed, hand-picked, checked for shells and packaged for sale. Its products include jumbo lump crabmeat, backfin crabmeat, softshell crabs, crabcakes, crabmeat claws, oysters, scallops, salmon steaks, trout, lobster tails, shrimp, orange roughy and catfish fillets. Quality Seafood offers wholesale purchase programs and online ordering. Orders for next-day delivery must be placed by 11:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time.
