costumer service is horrible , the location of the place is confusing if you have not been here, YOU ARE NOT REALLY SAVING MONEY PARK IN THE AIRPORT!

We parked our car at your lot from July 5-11, 2015. Once in the car and on our way home we noticed a number of things in the car that leads us to believe there is a strong possibility that someone in your company used the car for something other than parking it. With the exception of the seat being slid back if the attendant had long legs, none of the rest of the following things should have been done simply to park the car. We wrote to them to see if they would address the complaint, but two weeks have passed with no response. It appears that not only did they use our car, but they don't possess the responsibility to address the issue. Stay away from this place.



* Seat was slid back (understandable even to drive across the lot)

* Seat height was adjusted

* Mirrors were adjusted

* Steering wheel position was adjusted

* Radio was tuned to a station that was not a preset

* AC was off but the setting was on HIGH...we dropped the car off at 5am and picked it up at 9:30 pm. There was no reason why this should have been on.

* I keep track of fuel efficiency with the computer in the car. When I dropped it off the current tank had 41 miles per gallon, when we picked it up it was 32 mpg. The only way this could have happened was if the are were used for city driving.

STOLE MY INSPECTION STICKER right off of my dashboard!!! Filed a report with Newark Police. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are rated a "F" on BBB.org and they were very uncooperative and not responsive to my complaint even after speaking to a manager and calling the "customer service line". Never again! Do yourself a favor and do not park here unless you want to have things stolen from your car.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS EZ WAY PARKING LOT!!! It's all a scam; similar to what Ryan Air has been up to in that if you don't have anything on a piece of paper, before you park, OR ESPECIALLY after you arrive, they will not honor your discount. Imagine…they have no record of your transaction, even if you placed a prepayment and will be required to pay the full amount, which in my case was doubled! My paper copy (email) had been dissolved in a rain overseas, but I did have 2nd folded copy in one of my suitcases somewhere. After rude staff tried to tell me they had no software for transaction storage, (even Mickey D’s has a copy of your order to check in case you didn't get fries), no web service to check my email, no fax machine, and no management to call and complain to, I relented and opened suitcases in a drizzle at night under a small parking light. What degrading treatment of your customers! BUT IF YOU HAVE BEEN ALREADY SCAMMED, don’t worry. Keep your email copy and challenge the charge when your statement credit card bill arrives. Your card company will not pay EZ WAY but send you a claim form. Fill out the form and send a copy of your EZ Way Parking contract and you will get the proper charge, or with luck, not have to pay at all, which hopefully will help drive a shady operation like this out of business. Along with accounts of debts, thefts, and joy riding in your car, pay more and be safe elsewhere at another lot. But it couldn't hurt to ask how they handle their transactions first. FLUSH OUT ALL PREDATORS!!!!

We parked there from Friday De...

We parked there from Friday December 9th until Sunday the 11th. We had a pretty significant issue during our time there but the customer service couldn't have been more helpful and friendly in resolving the issue. The service was to and from the airport was also to our satisfaction.

DO NOT PARK HERE

Do not park at EZ Way Parking in Elizabeth, NJ. My husband car was stolen from parking lot while we was on vacation. Returned to parking lot on May 1, 2010 to find out car was stolen and management is no help. Owner does not return your calls.
