THEY ARE RACIST!!!!! Unfortunately, my experience here was Was horrible I was racially profiled by young lady named Kayla. I usually do not cash checks but my paycheck was sent by mail being that I changed banks and it usually takes one or two pay period for direct deposit to go through so I had to get a paper check so when I went there The young lady Kayla just looked at me looked at an amount on the check and then asked me why are they paying me this amount ? Why did they just give me this money and I told her what does it matter if my paycheck and she called this number then start speaking Spanish to whoever was on the other line. Had me waiting a while. She finally hung up the phone then looked at me and said unfortunately we cannot cash the check I ask her why and she cannot give me a reason. Are you kidding me I don’t like the way I was racially profile out. I’ve been living in an area for six years and I have been there several times and I’m the first time I’ve been treated like that then I called the vice president which his name is Joey He was very dismissive and he pretty much didn’t care then I ask who is above him he wouldn’t give me the information saying that he was the vice president so this place is the worst place to do business with it if you were young African-American women they are racially profiling you and they mistreat you because you’re black. If you go on Yelp you will see someone else had a similar experience as an African-American I do not recommend anyone to do service with them at all
