la peor experiencia en cuanto a talleres.lleve mi carro despues de un accidente,ya que ellos se promocionan como autorizados por geico.me entregaron el carro sucio,le faltaban algunos botones,aparte de eso le pusieron piezas chinzs que ni siquiera cuadran con la carroceria y uno de los asientos de la tercera linea,comido por ratas o ardillas,toda la esponja afuera y asientos mordidos,la verdad,Koplin Autobody es lo pero de New Jersey

My experience here was horrible if u don't have another choice please... Make sure when u leave ur car here take all ur personal Belongings with u bcs u might not be getting them back when u get ur car this happened to me and I noticed it after I left I call and spoke with the manager instead of helping me he was accusing me the customer! of laying an making everything up when I mention my concerned the manager just said I don't need this do u want me to trow some dollars at u, like really what king of professionalism is this!?!? this people will make u feel embarrassed and bad about any concerned no customer deserve this type of treatment so be sure not to go here and have this awful experience. U guys been warned
