Lady at Latino cab just hangs up on u leaving u guessing if coming hung up on me three times doesn't know how to end conversation terrible customer service

The dispatcher a young lady was very rude if she does know how to talk to people she doesn't need a job latino taxi cab

The worst cab I ever called up... The man who took my call was so nasty and unprofessional.. He hang up on me not once but twice. The cab took to long I end up walking and finding a another cab with excellent service ( mega car limo service 24 hours 908-469-5015) will never call or use this car service again

Be aware of the RUDE LADY ON THE PHONE.There s a couple of guys from Uruguay that are great, cool and friendly on the phone but sometimes there s one lady who is the worst person that I have ever had an experience with dealing with a cab company. she is SO RUDE, she hangs up on you while you are talking and she is the least cooperative person in the taxi business. I had to deal several times with her and each time I decided to call back and cancel the requested cab.
