I've been going to them for a few years and have always had a pleasant experience!

I have bought several birds from them and I am very happy with them

This is a GREAT little family owned petstore. It is sooo different from the big chains. It is bright, clean, and you can handle the animals, and they are HEALTHY and VERY WELL CARED FOR. The people that work there are WAY MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE than the workers at some of the big chains. They also contribute to many community causes and organizations - anytime my group has asked for a donation they have been very generous! :) I know so many people that LOVE this little store!! I think only a TRUE HATEFUL PERSON would give it a bad review. The HUGE tortoise (SARGE!) that walks freely around the store always seems happy, and healthy - and from what I understand they actually rescued him. The store is always so busy when I'm there - I hope they continue to do well!!

I took my two birds here to get there wings clipped they came out butchered. Instead of cutting their primary flight feathers they cut the feathers on top of the wing and left the long feathers that any other person would cut. I have had birds for a long time and have done tons of research on them and I have never seen wings cut like this I actually cried when I saw my babies. If I could add a picture of what they look like now I would just to show that I am not exaggerating.
