I usually would never write a bad review on a business, but I am very unhappy with how the employees at Eastside daycare treated me. From day one I felt unwelcome by everyone there but I was in a bind and need a daycare immediately. I searched many places but they were the only ones with an opening. My daughter went to Eastside for about a month, which was long enough to see how hateful and uncaring those women are. I would walk in and get no smiles no greetings never once told me how my daughter did that day. The last straw was when my daughter had a doctors appointment and I came in late and I was turned away because they had already eaten and was laying down for a nap, not asleep yet but just laying down. I was never told that there was a cut off time at 10:30. This was the first time my daughter has ever attended daycare therefore I had no idea what rules a daycare would have. They told me the only way that she could stay That day is if she had eaten lunch already and was ready to take a nap. That was her last day there she did not attend any longer. I just figured if they treated a mother that way its and telling how they treated my child when I was not there. I do not recommend sending your child there.
