Provided by YP.comI had a really great experience here. I saw my dream wedding dress in the window of the shop as I was walking through town. I went in and the owner was really nice and excited to help me. We had a nice chat and she asked about my fiance and the wedding. She helped me try the dress on and figure out where the ties and zippers were. The owner was complimentary and even gave me suggestions on alterations that could be made on the dress to make it look even better.
I bought the dress a month before the wedding and came back 2 weeks before the wedding for alterations (I lived out of town). They set up the pins to where it needed altering and had the work done within 3 days. The cost for alterations was cheap in comparison to other places. The alterations were done perfectly and the dress looked great. They even got rid of these shoulder sleeves it originally had and it looked very pretty.
It was a really good experience for me and I highly recommend the place. They were kind and had a lot of great advice and tips and my dress looked great.

Provided by YPmobileThe owner of this dress shop has HORRIBLE customer service skills! I was a bridesmaid in my cousins wedding and was traveling from GA to be a part of her special day! The day I arrived I planned to go get fitted for my dress, but ran out of time in order to attend the rehearsal. I called the owner to let her know it would be the following day before I could make it. She was very rude and insists I come in that day! I explained to her my situation and that I was also in tow with my newborn and trying to get everything handled the best I could! She then proceeded to tell me she had plans the next day and that it was inconvenient for HER! When I went the next day, my dress needed minor alterations. On the day of the wedding not only mine but ALL of our dresses were so messed up we had to use safety pins in order for our dresses not to fall apart going down the aisle. I will never use them again and have told all of my family it's a waste of their money and energy to use them also. Maybe if she'd lose her snooty attitude she could run her business better!!!!!

Provided by YP.comPlease run the other way before getting alterations done here. When I first arrived at the store with my wedding dress and heels, I was treated well. They talked to me about what I wanted and then half-heartedly pinned my dress and told me they would only hem the under-layers and not the outer lace, because the lace didn't need hemmed. I agreed because they were absolutely right. They only pinned the under-layers. They bustled the back with pins the way I wanted it and told me they would have it done at a specific date range. However, they wrote none of this down. But why should I not be able to trust a dress shop, right? Wrong. If you do go here, I beg of you to make them write everything down and sign it, please! I waited an extra 2 weeks after their due date range to call them and they acted like I was imposing and told me they had done other dresses before mine because my wedding was so far away. I'm completely fine with that EXCEPT that they had told me otherwise. My sister hadn't seen the dress yet so I wanted to take it to my out-of-state bridal shower to show her and they told me via phone that they would have it done by then. I even offered to come get it unfinished, take it on my trip and then bring it back to them to finish but they insisted it would be done. Well, they did not call me and by the time I called them before my trip, they were closed and I did not get to take it to my sister. I was upset but wanted them to own up to their fault. However, I did not receive a call until TWO WEEKS later saying my dress was finished. When I got there, it was bustled the opposite of what I had been shown and what I wanted. I voiced this and they replied that they couldn't do it the way I wanted because the material was too thick. I'm don't claim to be a genius, but I'm pretty sure it should be Bridal 101 to NOT do a single thing to a wedding dress without the bride's consent. Instead, they took it upon themselves to bustle it the way they wanted. I was angry and on my lunch break so I just took it off and left, thinking I could live with a wrong bustle. When I got home and tried it on with my bridesmaid, we began to see the terrible state my dress was in. Despite telling me specifically they would not touch the lace, much to my horror they had hemmed the lace, causing it to be too short and the necessity to purchase flat shoes when I wanted to wear my heels. (so much for being ready for my wedding). Not only is it all too short, but each layer is hanging down below the next; the very under-layer is the longest, the next is a little shorter and the top layer is the shortest!! It looks horrible and it's crooked! Plus, one side of the dress is FOUR INCHES shorter than the other side! It was so poorly done that I took it to another seamstress, begging for help, and this seamstress just kept exclaiming about how terrible a job was done to the dress and "who would do this to a dress?" She has some major work ahead of her to salvage the extremely poor sewing. When I called The Dressing Room to complain, I left a message and did not receive a return call until a week later and when I did receive the call back, I received an "I'm sorry you weren't happy with what we did". Not even an "I'm sorry we were wrong". They did offer to have me come back in, but I refuse to let them touch my dress again! Biggest mistake in my wedding planning!
