I had to order some flowers to go to a funeral for a coworker's Father passing away. Unfortunately, the only information that I got from the co-worker about her father's funeral was the name and address of the church. I got this information on a Friday and the Funeral was the next day. So, I called information to get he phone number for the church and the number that information had was out of service. The church was in a small city in Virginia. I asked the operator if she could connect me to a florist in the city in Virginia, with the intention to send the flowers to the Church's address and hope they could get there the next day. No flower shops were in the small Virginia City. So, I asked for a florist in a nearby city. The operator connected me to Andrea IN ELIZABETHTON, TN! After I explained my time critical situation to Andrea, I realized that the operator connected me to a florist in a different state. So, I apologized for calling her late on a Friday, when I needed a florist in Virginia. I hung up, and was about to call information, again, to go through the whole process, again, when Andrea called me back. She took down my order and patched it through her shop in Tennessee and the beatiful arrangment of flowers go to the church in Virginia, in time for the funeral the next day!
