Absolutely the best home inspector in the business! Paul performed the most comprehensive and professional home inspection imaginable. When I met him on site at our new home, it became very obvious he has many years of construction and home inspection experience. He didn't miss a thing and didn't hesitate to go on the roof, in the crawl space and checked everything on, and in our house. I called several home inspectors in Kentucky, and after talking with Paul, I just had a hunch he would do a good job, but good doesn't even begin to describe the effort he put in to making sure our home was thoroughly inspected, and he provided a very extensive, detailed written report. I did not know Paul before our inspection, but I'm sure glad I chose him. Yes, he really is that good. Highly recommended, if you want your moneys worth and an honest, accurate home inspection.

As a first time home buyer and single woman, I had a lot of anxiety about the whole buying a home process. I had only a few days to get my home inspection done and Paul Wells with Best Value Home Inspection was highly recommended from a good friend of mine who used him to do an inspection on their home years ago. When I called Paul he took his time with me on the phone, explained the whole inspection process, scheduled me for the next day and went over the issues that were found (in layman's term) and put my mind at ease. His report was emailed to me that same day and was easy to understand. Detailed information with pictures, summary page and even remarks that show me how to maintain my new home. Happy to say, we are closing at the end of the month and I have peace of mind knowing what I am buying. I will definitely refer Paul to everyone I know that is purchasing and/or even selling a home. He stands true to honesty and integrity and his knowledge and expertise in his field are invaluable.
