Took my 6yr old there for a office visit. My son has 2types of insurance. The one insurance that they accepted I did not have the insurance card itself but I did give the receptionist most of the info that I knew such as the type, member id, and even a 1-800 number. I just didn't know if there was a co-pay. At the end of our visit. The receptionist ask me if there was a co pay. I informed her that I wasn't sure because we hardly ever use this particular insurance. So she just decided to charge me half the price of the office visit and decides to THROW my receipt across the counter at me! My questions is was the purpose of having a least 5-7 women working the receptionist desk if nobody can take 5 mins to call a 1-800 number to check a co pay but spent 15 mins talking about cakes and pies! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! As far the drs visit, it was a pleasant visit with Dr Jefferson
