Provided by YP.comI purchased a gun here for my lady and the older salesman was polite and professional. After the good experience I decided to try them again and "buy local". This time they did not carry the gun I was interested in so i decided to to use them as a pickup location. I had the gun next day shipped to them so I could make a shoot that weekend. I called that day to let them know I would be there to pick it up that afternoon. Tracking showed it was deliver at noon. I never received a call and they closed 1hr early due to "bad weather" even though it was several days after a storm. I spoke with the owner the following day about the issue and was merely fishing for an apology. I was very surprised when he responded with " I can do whatever I want cause it's my store". I responded with "I guess thats all I needed to hear". He continued his rudeness with the response "You're right".
Now let's backtrack. I had a good experience. With the older salesman but since the owner gave me my worst customer experience in etown to date I will never go back. I paid extra to have the gun shipped to them next day and had to leave work early the following day to make their hours. Late and left work early. Lose lose. Solely because of ownership, I would highly suggest trying somewhere else first.

Provided by YP.comFirst to the comment about the price of ammo. 325 rounds of 22LR at $50 a brick is very reasonable and actually lower than average since the surge in ammo prices due to the government possibility imposing more strict laws. I have purchased around 5 firearms since first going to their store. 3 of them were picked up by my wife due to me currently being in Afghanistan. Every time I called in reference to a firearm I was looking for James was always friendly and went out of his way multiple times to assist me via email or phone call from crappy satellite phone. I haven't been to any other stores in the area so I am not saying the others aren't good places to go, but I have not had the need to look anywhere else. This was the first store I went to in Elizabethtown and they were great. I have been in there when someone with very little knowledge came in and they educated that person without the snooty attitude you get at some places. I would recommend this store to anyone who enjoys having a good conversation about firearms, fair price, and a very helpful staff with a great selection for a small store. Thank you

Provided by YP.comThey had the gun I wanted and they held it for me since I lived over an hour away. The store was very busy do to the possible upcoming ban but they still held the gun for me. They were quick to get me taken care of and had the best price on the gun within 100 miles. The store is very clean and nice. The service was also top notch. Thanks guys.
