The service at this bank is horrible. Wait times are extremely long for something as simple as a deposit, even when no one is in front of you. Tellers are rude and very, very slow. The only branch that is the least bit competent is the one located out by Best Buy but it is not very conveniently located for many. They have also shortened their hours since I opened my accounts and they are a hassle to try to get to before they close. I would highly recommend going anywhere else.
