The guy that's complaining about the DOT physical while using military time, just build a bridge and get over it.

If you are sick and need medicine without appointment, this is a great place to go. I highly recommend getting here when they open to help cut down wait time. They aren't usually busy at that time.

For the past three years I have been getting DOT physicals done once or twice a year, without to much trouble. Today was a nightmare!!! After being treated extremely rude, with a total lack of compassion, I was denied the physical due to the "possibility" of a 30 day wait period because of sleep apnea. The two nurse practitioners were completely clueless and unsure of the DOT regulation, which would have been fine without the attitude, but they made absolutely no effort to find out. Their lack of professionalism was overwhelming!

I then went to a different clinic, explained my situation, and was then given the physical...I will NEVER return to Heartland Urgent Care EVER again!!! (I can't remember the older blond nurse practitioners name, but the other nurse was Mrs. Craig. Date and time of the bad experience: 07/20/2016. Between 1300-1500)
