Do NOT use these people for appraisals.. My home has been appraised 3 times in the past 5 years.. The last was last year (2014) a level "B" and 130 pages long.. They have all been fairly close to the actual cost to build it 5 years ago. Keep in mind that is for the house construction alone... FHA sent this rude, obnoxious person out to my house for a refi appraisal and his appraisal was $70,000 LESS than everyone else.. Screwing me out of thousands, not to mention the over $400 I had to pay for appraisal and had NO say on who would do it..I cannot get my money back and now I have to pay another $150 for this same ignorant person to come back out and verify that I nailed up a 2x4 and put up a landing on a closed up door... Oh and since the final inspection sticker isn't in my breaker box I have to round up the electrician and find out who did it and get the sticker... He couldn't understand that the electric company would NOT turn on the electric 5 years ago if it hadn't had a final inspection... DO NOT USE this company.. It's a waste of time and money..
