Provided by YP.comI love Jeffs Perscription Shop . Several reasons come to mind , first and foremost that they accommodate those of us with kids . They have a drive thru , that allows you to park and wait , unlike your bigger pharmacies that will tell you to come back in 4 hours ( but if you go in it's 15 minutes) . The staff has always been professional and friendly . I am on certain medications that at times can get me snide remarks from others , but in all honesty this has never happened to me at Jeffs . They don't treat me as a second class citizen and they don't act like they are doctors that have any right to an opinion about what medications I'm on . They are courteous , professional and friendly. My favorite thing about Jeffs, that earned my loyalty .... my son is 4 years old and on the autism spectrum . He is mostly nonverbal , and can become overwhelmed in stores . I took him in one day to use the bathroom . He became overwhelmed and started acting out . I got him calm , looked around , and two of the employees smiled st me and asked if he could have a sucker , if it would help him calm down and stop the meltdown . Most people , sadly , are uneducated about autism . They don't know the signs and have no idea what the child is going through , they just assume the child is badly behaved and the parent is useless . They know nothing of sensory overload ( the cause of a meltdown ) or that at age 4 that meltdown looks like a tantrum because at 4 the child has no idea how to express that every sound is deafening , or the colors on that sign hurt their eyes to the point of physical pain . It was refreshing to find a business in health care that is aware of autism and the things that come along with it .

Provided by YP.com2 things 1) Inconsistent on their practices. One lady, Sarah, was rude and snide on a pre-authorization and turns out she was faxing to another number so it delayed it several days- not good when it affects his heart on a post heart attack victim in 90 degree weather. I understand rules and laws but if I hadnt called back she would still be faxing wrong doctor and not following up with WHY no answer..and (2) also at same time I have gotten prescriptions 3x over 6 months with a HANDWRITTEN "we owe you 20 or 35 pills" of 135 where they split my script, which by law legally cant with certain scheduled drugs like morphine. But they "want the sale" Sarah said so they did as 'people like us' will just go somewhere else when Jeffs is out...what people want to fill their MEDS? well due to her rudeness our 12 scripts are going elsewhere as customer service shouldnt be to humiliate your customers or treat them like druggies about heart meds allergy meds (Claritin)Total $ 1400 mo insured BYE
