Provided by YP.comThis business deserves a zero star rating. I have been a customer for 7 years due to not many choices in this school district. The previous review is correct about the owner not caring about kids, all she cares about is money. It's a rip off paying for childcare when your kids are not even there, you are also required to pay a $35 registration fee yearly versus only upon enrollment at most daycares. I guess $7,000 grand a year isn't enough for breakfast when school is out either because they don't even serve breakfast unless you want to pay more money. YES $7,000 per year for two school agers is not enough for breakfast for 2 months! There is also a high teacher turnover rate, most not qualified to care for children. A teacher threatened to hit my child today, then the owner was nasty YELLING at ME blaming my child for something he did not do! My child is not always innocent, not always guilty either. There are trouble makers there that get away with bullying, hitting others, then blaming it on the ones that they hit. The only thing I can figure is that the owner is friends with the mother and let's the three get away with blaming other children. The teachers "don't know" because "they didn't see anything". The teachers don't know what's is going on in there! Another teacher pulled my niece's arm out of socket recently! The place looks nice but is deceiving. I would strongly not recommend this daycare to anyone. I'm currently searching for another one.

Provided by YP.comI did not feel that the children were ever put first. Few toys, children were frequently without their primary teacher, and they put very small children in with bigger children. They also stopped serving breakfast, but the childcare rates remained the same. I know for a fact that some children were allowed to come to the center while they were sick. Very disapointed. As a parent I did not feel like the manager cared about my concerns. My children are no longer at Kinderplay.
