This mobile home park is poorly managed by an incompetent individual or individuals. These individuals should be ashamed of themselves and hauled to court for allowing persons to live in unhealthy and unsafe living conditions. Why the City of Elizabethtown has allowed these individuals to rent uninhabitable mobile homes to unsuspecting persons is beyond me. I inspected at least five homes for rent. Of the five homes that were inspected four should be boarded up and condemned. It appears that the wiring, in most cases, is in violation of state and local code and should be considered hazardous to anyone who occupies the dwellings. If the state authorities were to inspect the homes on the property they would probably condemn half of the homes. Several observations on the property conclude me to write that work orders, which include plumbing and electrical fixtures, are performed by unlicensed and unskilled individuals. Work has been performed on the property where local or state officials should have been notified. If you have young children I would strongly advise that you look elsewhere because drugs are out of control. If you decide to continue to call this park your new home I would offer this, "enter at your own risk".
