My wife and I have been going to Totally Tan for several years. The owner and the staff are wonderful. The facility is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming and we love the results of our tanning.
People that have ulterior motives may post negative and inaccurate information. I have seen people of all shapes, sizes and races visit Totally Tan and everyone is treated with respect.

The owner of this facility pressed legal action because a customer asked what the effects are of tanning and how it correlates with melanoma. Unfortunately, the owner then weight shamed her on Facebook. It seems as though this owner only wants customers who are thin - this isn't the average American.

On top of weight shaming, people who spoke out against Paula's behavior were welcomed with threatening messages to "whoop 50 lbs off", and a ton of things I won't personally repeat myself. I've attached screenshots.
