I went in to pay on my grandmother bill. who just fall on hard time. so she was behind. .anyway when I went in to pay the bill they got straight up rude with me. I try to explain what going on and the bill will be paid up soon. but the lady got even more rude. th evenmmmmore rude with me

We put the same amount of garbage out for 5 months and then all of a sudden they had a problem with what we were putting...mind you they have not said anything in 5 months. When I spoke with a representive from the company I was spoken to rudly and they came and picked my trash can up before they even gave me my money back that they owe me. They are money hungry there and I do not recommend anyone using this service unless you like to be spoken nasty to and treated unfairly!!!!!
