I had a bridge put in 12/l/05 in which the lab she used was not using a great product my bridge broke after or at

just less than 1 year. Jan 07 she replaced bridge and told me she was satisfied with the lab and on or around Nov 07 bridge fractured Pontic #9. Now 7-9 is the bridge and #9 is the same # that broke again. She sold her business here in Leland and went to Elizabethtown well the Dentist here who bought her business was wonderful and said he would provide Tracie with pictures and all info needed to stand by her work and fix it as my insurance already paid and I paid almost 1,000 of my own money. I've been calling the office trying to talk to her and never would I be put thru all I wanted was for her to stand by her work and fix it but thru numerous phone calls nothing. My last phone call her employee told me sorry she only stands by her work for a year and was extremely rude. Dr. ludwig who took over her office offered to fix it for cost if Tracie would pay and he sent Tracie all the info but nothing. I am still hoping she will do the right thing as my insurance wont pay again it will cost me well over 2000 dollars. So that is my story that professionals should stand behind their work. I gave her 1 star because she has great skills but to jeopardize her work just to save money using inferior products is not the way to go.
