An older friend of my family's needed to replace the belt on his mower and went here because he had no clue what he needed. Even with his book to the tractor they sell him the wrong belt. Now his arms and hands are completely bruised and gashed trying to install a belt that was never going to fit in the first place. I knew it was the wrong belt just looking at the package and the front page of his manual - I couldn't understand how they sold him the wrong one. I try to return it for him and the sales associate tells me she can't as it was purchased with a credit card ... I go home and call and speak to the manager who says they can and I should've been offered to look the credit card up etc etc. So I return to get static from the same associate until the manager could make her way to me to square me away. She wouldn't say whether the associate could have actually taken care of me in the first place just that she was doing it now. She then condescendingly apologized after I told her about the gentlemans arms and hands being bruised and cut up.



I finally got the refund and promptly purchased the correct belt from Walmart and saved 10 dollars for my friend. The associate found the correct belt no problem after looking at the front page of the manual.



You don't always get what you pay for - do yourself a favor and avoid this store. Big blue on hwy 87 or Walmart has the same stuff much much cheaper.
