The Elizabethtown Community Health Center provides health care for people of all ages. It diagnoses and offers treatment for health problems, such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart diseases. Located in Elizabeth Town, N.Y., the center is a part of the Elizabethtown Community Hospital Services. Established in 1926, the community hospital offers radiology, inpatient nursing unit, emergency room, laboratory, physical therapies and sports rehabilitation services.
