This "company" is pathetic. It's just one irresponsible novice programmer who talks a big game out of a crappy apartment. My company hired Serenity to do some WordPress and BuddyPress customization and they failed miserably. After repeated requests for status updates, we received a series of excuses, half-truths, outright lies, and more excuses. When the project was already one month behind schedule, Ryan at Serenity finally admitted that he didn't know how to develop with BuddyPress, only 30% of the back-end programming was complete, and that NO CSS had been created. All of this was revealed to us ONE day before the deadline. We would've been happy to hire additional programmers to work with Ryan to complete the job, but he kept telling us that everything was under control and progressing on schedule until ONE day before the deadline. In 15 years of business, we have never dealt with so many lies and BS excuses. We ended up starting from scratch with a REAL company in New York.
