Constant complaints to management about neighbors upstairs.... 6 people in one apartment...5 not even on the lease. Circuit breaker caught on fire had to call city inspector because they refused to fix. Then they tried to raise my rent in retaliation for calling the city. Have had to call the police at least 4 times on non-residents/druggies hanging out on property. Can’t even get a refund for lost money for broken washing machine. Save your money and buy house you’ll be happier.

Clean pool area and landscaping well kept.



CONS:

The walls are very thin, I could hear my neighbors footsteps, conversations, TV, and music perfectly.

The air conditioners are old and loud! I had to sleep with ear plugs in.

The cabinetry is old and I would find roaches in them all the time. I would open a cabinet to grab a dish and a ROACH would be on it. Even though they sprayed for bugs, the roaches were still everywhere.

The maintenance guy did respond on the first day of having a broken part in my apartment, but he left the broken parts there and used my toilet, forgetting to flush and put the seat back down.

I was wrongfully charged for a cleaning fee (which was not included in my lease). Prior to moving out I cleaned the apartment and disinfected the entire thing (scrubbed tub and toilet, vacuumed, mopped, etc). I called on the day I left to make sure they received my keys and that the apartment was in good condition. The man I spoke with said it was good and I WOULD RECEIVE MY FULL DEPOSIT. Well when I got the check 6 weeks later, I had been charged a $40 cleaning fee. The woman I spoke to couldn't even tell me exactly what the charge was for. She just said it was probably for disinfection.
