Not sure I am reviewing the same place as all these others. When I have been in Gardner's the staff has been friendly and helpful.



Their prices ARE higher than they should be, they seem to list everything at MSRP, but...they deal down to a point that is close to what it would cost you to order online and ship.



The only downside I have encountered is they no longer have a gunsmith.

Very rude service when helped way over priced (guessing because they have run off most of there business with there rudeness and ability to not help you) would not recommend to my worst enemy. They treat you like your a criminal and the only positive review has to be from the owner regret giving them my hard money for the item I did buy.!!! Will never go back only giving 1 star because it don't give the option to give negative stars for sure!

I brought my son into the store my son is very well behaved the owner looked at me an my wife an said very rudely an I quote (pick him up) a said do what? He looked at me again an I quote (pick him up) I said ok he said he had a child go through the glass an he kept saying this isn't Walmart that was fine my wife held him he said he had a child lean on the glass an fall through I'm sorry but get someone else to do your glass if if a small child fell thorough it leaning on it so I did the paperwork I got put on hold like I always do usually they call me the next day to pick up the gun so I left I brought my brother in later to buy him an his wife an ar lower we got the items took them to the front started to do the paperwork the guy started accusing my brother of buying me the items my brother said no its for me an my wife this whole time my items are still behind the counter he then started to get smart with us an I had enough I blew up telling him it was stupid for him to accuse someone of this when mine was still behind the counter I can get my own guns no problem I jus have to wait a day I have plenty of them I asked him if my brother was to buy them an a month down the road didn't like it an I bought them from him it would still be legal he said yes but you can't buy for someone else I said he's not started a big argument my brother the innocent one was wearing his work coveralls with company logo he then said do you know so an s o's name witch was my brothers president of the company I said I know him my brother was still confused not knowing it was his main boss my brother said so who is this guy I told my brother it's the president of your company my brother then got mad an said idk what is going on but leave me an my work out of yals issues I'm buying these lowers for me an my wife pretty messed up right I then told him to go ahead an tear my paperwork up I wasn't spending a dime in there he charged me 20 dollars to disregard the paper bad service rude people

Staff rude and make you feel uncomfortable . I came in and walked around store and was never greeted by anyone . Instead young lady behind counter watched my every move like I was about to break and run with something . Guess cause I wasn't dressed in a pearl snap and cowboy boots is why nobody talked to me . That's too bad cause I spend good money on my firearms and optics ...

Been here a lot. Great guys work in there. Very knowledgable about firearms, ammo, and accessories that are sold there. they've never been rude to me. Great service all in all! Would recommend them to anybody looking for great service!

I bought a Stoney point brand bi-pod for my fiancées rifle. Installed it and took her to shoot and worked fine. Went out on first morning of rifle season and the mount had come out of the rubber gasket on top of the legs. I was unable to put it back together so I took it back and asked the nice people if they could exchange it. I was told "well I didn't break it" I explained that it wasn't broken I was just unable to put it back together and asked them to look at it. I was then told "we have used them for three years and have never had that problem it must have been something you done to it". I asked if they would refund my money and the guy just looked at me like I was an idiot. Little did they know I had 2500.00 dollars in my pocket and was going to inquire about an AR while I was there. I will never darken the door of that establishment again. And I don't care if this reviews hurts business.

I called to inquire about some guns and they said they were too busy and hung up on me!! I will never purchase here and I will encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Disappointed! I purchased a firearm and called back to ask some safety questions. Apparently this was too much to ask, they were put out with me for trying to verify if the firearm was 100% safe to fire. I guess I should have done my homework before buying but that's not the way to treat paying customers. Everything else was good and I'm not trying to hurt their business, I just hope they or someone they know sees this so customer service doesn't become a punch line for gardners guns.
